I bought Pioneer Music player for my car in early Jan 2013. It is really a good decision to buy this as the sound quality is really awesome. Whenever some one seats in my car is music is on, can't stop himself from appreciating the music system.
But it seems that it is not accepted to God of Music & I was also surprise to see the the USB port of my system starts becoming lose & within few days the USB port stopped working. After showing this to the retailer from where we bought this. They told us that this is misused case & doesn't come under warranty.
I am sure you all are using USB ports on your computer/laptops from a long time & in my IT life more than 14 years never seen USB port broken from inside where normal usage can't damage the internal pins.
This end up with spending INR 400/- for replacing the USB port locally.
Hope this messege will reach to the maximum music & PIONEER lovers...
PIONEER - Pls. improve your product quality & make sure none of your customer face such kind of situation.
PS : This music player was purchased from Reliance Auto Zone - Najafgarh, New Delhi in Jan 2013....
